Montclair Neighbors mailing list!
At the end of August 2020, we completed our transition from our legacy Yahoo Groups neighborhood discussion group to a new service called and hosted by groups.io. This mailing list is for Montclair’s Beat 13Z residents. To help you figure out if you are in 13Z, there is a description and map below.
When you apply to join, our list administrators will be asking you to share your full name and street address to double check. Beat 13Z boundaries are roughly: East Piedmont border – Moraga/Thornhill – Skyline – Castle/Mountain/Park. City of Oakland Police District Locator.
Note: West of Hwy 13 to the Piedmont border, from Park to Moraga, is in 13Z and includes Estates, La Salle, Harbord, Marr and a number of other streets and organized neighborhoods
